Achtung! Beim Kauf aufpassen: Die legen einem sehr geschickt ein Abo ("Gamevivo Smart") in den Einkaufswagen. Es wird dann in den folgenden Monaten jeweils ca. 2,50 EUR abgebucht. Seriös geht anders.

Ridiculous. I have bought one Key. I received it, but during the process I obviously subscribed to something which means the Key was 50% more expensive than shown. Also to get back to my account on this site was a horribly hard task! Should be shut down!

My worst experience with Keysellers so far! In short: money gone - no game. AFTER the payment I received the message that this game is no longer available for the selected seller. You should be able to see something like this BEFORE a payment! Then: Despite my request, the money I paid was NOT returned to me. An arbitration with the PayPal buyer protection was not even answered. The Money was also not credited to my Gamivo account - the money is simply gone!

I would give zero stars: Dont order on this shop. I tryed to buy "Beat Saber". It was showed as "in stock" and some minutes later i got this email: "General Inquiry Subject: Out of stock Hello, Thank you for your purchase with GAMIVO. We are sorry to inform you that the product you purchased is temporarily no longer available from this merchant. Once it is back in stock you will be able to purchase it again. You may still buy it from another merchant if those are available on the product page." I told them to send my money immediately back to my paypal. Then I got this answer: "Hello, Unfortunetaly we are unable to do that. Please have in mind that the refund has to be forwarded internally and we have no influence over how long will that take. We kindly ask you for more patience. Best regards, Nero Your GAMIVO Support Center Team," So they got my money in seconds of time and i wait for my money now like one week! What is the advantage of an 24/7 customer support, they are advertising then?? And the biggest negative point is, they didnt changed the availability on their site even not for the seller i bought this game from! So be aware! That shop is such a big scam!
